    Motorcycle Towing 101

    I guess this is one way to tow a bike

    That's quite ingenious! I like it - probably even legal.

    Of course it must have been done for Proof of Concept purposes only. Hondas don't break down. Or maybe the rider was sick and couldn't continue.

    It is legal in New Zealand to tow a motorcycle but I think the speed limit is 15km per hour....

    I've towed warr before .. and we did much faster than 15kph

    that's more like A-framing it

    towed a Norton Commando once via the use of a leather belt tied to the grab rail & the rider on the Commando hanging onto the other end and a matter of only months later towed a Ducati Darmah the same way both times quite a bit faster than 15kmh

    I was on a ride once where a bike broke down, the rider said they hit 180kmh on the way back to the finish of the run
