If theres no cops.... Theres no speed limit....
I think M Toby used to be called XtremeTech.
Are they a good damper, they seem ok.
I bought one when the exchange rate was US41 cents on the NZ dollar (2003?),they were US$279 in the US at the time, cost here was $650 with the Ohlins steering damper costing $1000
The Ohlins would probably be better on centre with no non damped spot but it was a vast improvement over the stock TL damper (high oil viscosity/non adjustable)
If someone was giving Ohlins away,i would say yes in a blink, they are probably cheaper these days anyway, probably a case of getting what you pay for..

They are readily available in NZ now, and come in a variety of colours and two specs, one is normal, and the other is the same as the AMA riders run. I have one fitted to my GSXR1000, and it is awesome, 21 way adjustable and in my opinion every bit as good as Ohlins, just my opinion though. They can also be fitted where the standard one was, or accross the front of the fuel tank Ducati style. Your local bike shop should be able to supply one.
