    Daytime riders around South Auck?

    HELLO FRIENDS.

I am bored, during the day however, I am so bored that it hurts sometimes.
I work stupid hours, self employed and all that, so I did it to myself, sucks to be me.

BUT, does it suck to be anyone else? Who has the day free? I usually have from 10am - 2pm free Mon - Fri, I work before and after those hours. I really want to get in some decent mileage before winter really tips over the bucket just anxiously waiting to be spilt upon Auckland and I'm getting bored of adhering to the clock and only doing roads I know because I know how long they take. It's also a pathetic spit in the eye of my beloved bike who has been so kind to me after my last horrible motorcycle purchase, which was a lemon that I poured money into. I feel he (yes, he, I'm not gay, we're just really close friends. Infact, you're gay.) needs to have the reigns let loose a little.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is: I want friends.

I don't care what bike you ride, from a frightened newbie to a hardened criminal, on any flavour of bike. A N Y flavour of bike. I ride like a nana, this means the superbikes can feel great about passing a blackbird, and the cruisers can feel great about keeping up with a blackbird
Of course I am fine with just cruising along, or if the other riders are a fast bunch I will try my best to keep up, that is my BEST, not LIMIT breaking, chances are you may have to wait for me, I may catch up on the straights if I feel my manhood needs to grow but don't worry, I shan't pass you and hold you back in the corners.

    But I digress
If anyone is keen for some South Auckland midday rides, then I'm all ears. Maybe we could get a certain day going if there is enough of us?

And yes, this is in General Biking Discussion, because it's about Bikes in General, and is a Discussion. So fuck youuuuuu if you want to change it to another forum.

    Thanks!

    Love, zeo.

Funny thing Zeo, I may be changing shifts for a month or two soon... which will see me with many mid week opportunities to pootle.

I shall contact you once I know more...

I'm down for some mid week riding mate. Two week break coming up, and I work weekends so I'm looking forward to taking out my SV on a proper ride sometime. Maybe get together with GiJoe and organise a ride to Port Waikato?

Hello, my name is gijoe1313 and I am a recovering pootling addict. I think the previous nights msn conversation struck a raw nerve with zeocen when I made the off the cuff msn (as I normally do) about him "riding... in the rain..." and other salubrious comments ...

Hmmm oh look, I be having a couple of weeks of term break coming up ... I smell long rides planned to be done and regardless of weather!

All good, just remember that zeo is like neo and can be a bit matrix like when you talk to him!

Looks like some brisk rides are in order when everyone else has days off too, sounds good!

I'm keen to go to Port Waikato again, a good ride for between 10 - 2 and nice roads. We could probably squeeze in a spot of fishing at the wharf if we left early enough.

Heya, I work shift work myself and have multiple days off when not working extra overtime shifts and also have days free when working nights so am free many times for rides. I ride at whatever the pace set is so have no worries if its just a cruise or a decent wind in the hair blast. im on holiday for next few weeks so any day will suit me if im in aucks and not up north visiting the family. Pm me anytime if keen for a ride and ill give you my number

    Cheers
