CBX550s didn't enjoy the best of reputations standard. I hope it's had a few internal upgrades as well.

I have had a good look at this bike. Chris built it out of bits he had lying around, just for something to do. It's actually really nicely done in the flesh though the cosmetics aren't too flash. He's had it running for a while and because him and his Dad have both been in the performance vehicle business for a while it seems to be pretty well sorted and reliable.

At the end of the day, $1200 for something that does 11s quarters = pretty cheap speed. It's just a shame that anyone with taste would have to ride the thing blindfolded.

I would buy it without thinking twice if i had the money.
