    Sex on 2 wheels

Oh my god I think I have just re learnt my love affair with motorcycles, it been a long time since I had a bike that really thrilled me the way my new stead does, for those in the Christchurch Wednesday night groups who were not at the last night and read the tit bit about the a new bike on the ride well its true.

In my Stable has arrived a 2004 Ducati ST3, now there were a couple of bikes I liked dotted around the town and strangely a lot of them were Ducati's not sure why but they appealed, I tried out a few newer Jap bikes in the same price range but the Duc won it was just down to which one and at the right price.

Tonight I rediscovered the rear wheel, twice and not even trying, this bike is just so lovely to ride, apart from being a little too much around town, ie 2nd gear to travel at 50km or there about, forget 3rd this thing has long legs.

To any any looking at a newer bike, particularly a sports tourer the ST range is hard to beat, but be warned these are incredible machines, so responsive (a nice term for it) to the throttle.

I know I am raving but I just had to.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Well get yourself a test ride on one of these things, I have always had open bikes, the faired bikes I have tried were missing something and rattled in odd ways, sure the hand job might have bet it but only you can compare that.

Lol.. I am actually quite interested in the ST's... have done a little research and think the 2 or more likely '3' is likely the better machine (I prefer a higher torque to horsepower ratio).

    I am jealous.
