Here's a related story in the Weekend Herald. When I see stories like this, I think of the fantastic people of Visordown.com that I've met, and who helped me out in inumerable ways, during my two holidays to England, and who I've also had come stay with me over the last 5 years, and I wonder why they think it's strange enough to be newsworthy.

And the same things happen here all the time.

I didn't hear about your work injury, Riff Raff, but I'm not altogether surprised at AJTurbo and others actions to help you out, or Firefighters numerous acts of generosity and assistance, and the other offers of hospitality & assistance I've seen on this site.

I'm just pleased to be part of 3 wonderful communities on the internet.

    Get well soon, eh?

That's cos it was hidden within the 'another midweek ride' thread. Basically it was someone mucking around who hit me on the head from behind with more force than he intended, in the wrong spot, and the wrong angle resulting in damage to my neck.

Oooohhh.......Bugger. Wallet still there tho? Might be needed for injury treatment (620). Keep well.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
