It could be as simple as it is with my car
Bp has 98 octane the others don't, also Bp has proven better fule than the others. I drive a Legacy GTB when i am not on the bike and i would never fill my car up with anything but Bp.
Just a thought.![]()

not like a car where a small car can use more than a large car
Many years ago I was traveling through the US on a holiday with my parents.
One day we were driving from California to Nevada. As we came up to the border there was a gas station with a big sign that read: "This is your last chance to purchase gas at 89c per gallon".
So my father pulled into the forecourt and filled up the rental car.
We resumed our journey and passed over the border into Nevada. Within a few hundred metres another petrol station came into view ... it was selling petrol for 69c per gallon
Truth in advertising!
As a side note to this, petrol here in the uk has past £5 a gallon that about$12.60.
NZD$2.90/ litre in germany, what we got to complain about ?
Ive run out of fucks to give
Because every time the price of petrol rises so does the cost of living, take food for example, 28% more expensive than it was at this time last year of which a significant portion can be attributed to rising petrol prices as virtually everything you can buy in a shop is bought to that shop in a vehicle.
its getting to the point where its annoying me. given the fact i pump the shit, ive had enough of putting nearly 2 hours wages back in the bosses pocket. so... im going to go to gull. their 95 is the same price as our 91! sure, its trickier to get in and out of the forecourt, but its worth it.
ive even started recommending local riders try going to gull if the price is bothering them. and im doing this, while at work, in uniform.![]()

the really happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour.
BP is nearly always the 1st to put their prices up. I boycott them if at all possible. Last weekend they had 91 at $1.88, the mobile accross the road was $1.79 and still people were filling up at BP. The fact that its either 95 or 98 octane but never both also annoys me
