Petrol price - who cares?
The local Towel-wronger rag had their street talk thing a few days ago asking people whether they shopped around for lower fuel prices. 5/6 people interviewed said "No".
So, for a few days I have been travelling to and from Hamilhole, via Cambridge. For those who do not know, there is a Mobil, a Shell and a BP station all in close proximity. BP is selling petrol at 3 cents per litre more than the other two. The BP forecourt is constantly full; the other two are constantly near empty. Many are even driving past the Mobil and Shell and crossing the road to get in and out of the BP station.
Seems all the talk about fuel prices really is just rhetoric drummed up by the popular press. Or maybe Cambridge people think the more expensive gas is better???
ACC - It's where the Enron accountants all went.
