Being the fact Betsy is a total slapper she will prob see GIjoe & start stripping for him, or is that big ole hornet ... (she seems to like the bigger bikes for some funny reason)

but if said asian biker does get close to her .. I figure you will not be far behind

Strangely enough, that may be truer than you think - already planning the trip to uplift, and imagining the joy that would be a 350 escorted back by a 250!

Best part is i get to check your new steed out when Delphinus stays the night on his way up to you next week

The garage will look pretty impressive with my two bikes,sons cbr250r & the new black steed

Well the test riding days are over .. I have found "the bike"

I pretty quickly knew it was a bandit 1200 that was the bike for me, however the ones that I test rode locally were either overpriced for the ks or had question marks over one or another part of them ..

A chance conversation with Delphinus asking if he knows of any decent bandits for sale .. & as it happened he told me to pm another kb member to see if his one was still available

so thanks to Cold_Comfort .. I now have a new bandit 1200SK6 Delphinus is bringing her up for me next week when he comes to get his bike .. (and its the direct route .. not the west coast/back road kinda way plz )

So it will be the long way to the cold duck rally on friday morning to have a decent ride & might just have to sneak out on the saturday too ..

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank some of the guys I ride with for their support, wisdom and encouragement .. in no particular order Bonez, Rottiguy, NZsarge, Sugilite, Banditrider, Oscarnz and Rvgrider - you guys are simply awesome and I look forward to the rides in the coming weeks

I also want to thank Dmntd & Riderinblack for checking out bikes for me in my quest to find "the bike"

and of course Delphinus for that chance convo ... on ya mate ..

wowser that was quick, putt putt ahoy trouble is I will have to ride mine like a granny till it's run in, sounds like I will have to either get a baaskin or extra padding in the seat or embiggin my ass, sounds like the seats on the 1250s are a bit ouchy.
