    Emergency

Do any Christcurch riders have a home contact number for any Eric Woods motorcycles staff. This morning I lifted the seat to begin cleaning I discovered that someone has not replaced my toolkit under the seat. I am due in Picton on the 27 at 10.30pm to catch the ferry so will have to leave sometime around five or five thirty in the morning. So I need to get someone from Eric Woods to open up today and get my tool kit. No tool kit no Grande Tour. PM me if you can help with a staff contact.

ohhh come on man, its a Guzzi....... what the hell do ya need a tool kit for?
However I would suggest that you take: a amp meter, 3 spark plugs, 4 plug caps, 1/2 a dozon relays wiring loom pt# 36784645 and pt# 8846242, head light bulbs, 1m of 12v wire, pack of fuses, replacement HT lead an ECU and a can of CRC (large) a soldering iron might be handy.

Na, all ya need is a couple of spark plug caps, cos if the bike falls over or some one knocks the bloody things then the will bust off..... they are a special part so dont think a car one will fit. (it will fit but needs to have a special 5kn resister)

I have a few spare s/p caps here, and could proberly put some kind of kit together for you if ya want.
    cheers DD

Have you tried phoning thier business number? It may have an emergency number on the answering machine. Failing that you could come around and borrow some of mine for a couple of weeks... good luck.
