My Jeans go into my boots (wont fit over) and my corduras then go over.

on a side note - Gave a mate a ride into town yesterday, He has his Jacket and boots etc, but no riding pants. So he was wearing jeans, but also because it was a cold Wellington morning he had his overalls and work pants on under them. (looked ridiculous)
I finally got my knee down! …and my shoulder …and my pillion’s head.

i really only wear rjays in the rain, cold or on long trips. around town, or a few hours either way on the open road, im happy in jeans. shorts, however, is another discussion.
As I said, no disrespect meant...each to their own eh!
Now, I wonder if we shoudl start raising the issue of ACC levies?

But only if they are pretty tight!

Tight corduras would be painfully uncomfortable, but I get your point.

I tuck my blue Draggins into my Blue boots when on "old Blue" - the black boots are for the black-ish leathers!

Jeans over the boots, but only if they are the Kevlar added jeans (mine are Draggins, but would consider others).
Did the riding in denim jeans thing when I was a teenager, 20 years on I can still see the shiny spots on my knees where the road "Polished" them for me.

None of my jeans will fit over my StylMartins, so I don't give a damn iffen I look ridiculous.
Fuck you and the horse that rode in on you!

Seriously(er), I wear jeans'n'boots only when I CarntBeFarkt putting my bike pants on, like when I'm going "just down the road for summat".
Even more seriously, I have had two naxidents when going on "just down the road for summat" trips. Luckily, I was wearing my work slacks, not jeans, so they were wrecked instead of my jeans.

But more importantly than this silly thread and even sillier poll: isn't 007XX's ArseAvatar nice?
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Depends on the situation, but I'm assuming you mean whilst riding, so I answered 'tucked in'. But then, I usually wear my Cordura over top of my jeans anyway, and they are always on the outside of my boots.

    Two things:

Bob Geldof (sp?) in his biography says of someone he met, words to the effect, "He must've been a wanker because he had his trousers tucked into his boots."

Way back when I worked on a construction site the only guys who tucked their trou into their boots tended to be a bit ummm odd?

So I guess I'm with Bob on that one.

Having said that, I have a pair of leather riding trou that have to be tucked in, but I have only worn them on a track day.
I do assume the original poster was referring to Levis etc.
