true, i didn't know that they could use that track. i have sent an email to them. at the moment i just have 2 people. but 2 more i think would make it alot better. then you get a whole day for $180 instead of 2 hours for $160

Hi, I went down to Broxy's track last August for a day with a mate and 2 others and it was well worth the drive and cash. Broxy does not muck around and talk too much either, it was straight into the riding, with a mean practise track set in a some flatter paddocks with steep hills all around... which perfect for hillclimbs too which he demonstrated after lunch....
The great thing about having this type of training is just being open to having a Pro watch what you do and put it into words. He then gives an alternate way of attacking the obstacle or section and demonstrates his point. He then watches as you attempt to change the style which you are so used to riding with. It is a real challenge to think hard about what you are actually doing, and at the same time try to change your body position to one that feels totally un-natural. E.g. leaning as far foward as possible nearly with your head touching the front guard while trying to ride one of the roughest, undulating parts of the track. I felt like I was going over the bars, but the key was to try to drive the rear wheel into the ground using your whole body to push through the pegs... felt real weird too, but whether it worked or not didn't seem to matter as it felt more about trying, thinking and experienceing a diff style. We also tried elbows down like RC and practised rutted turns too.
Broxy is not a forceful type of teacher, he listens well, has a quiet casual style and was not afraid to show off, or even push the limits and slide out on one flat corner!!! haha classic
By the end of the day we were mentally aswell as physically tired from riding and thinking so much, but having only four guys was a good number as you would be lost in a bigger crew.
    Cheers from Craig.

Did 6 hours with Broxy yesterday, part of a group of 4 riders, the guy is real good, really clear explanations & he was really able to pick the best tips to give each rider depending on their skill level.

    Enjoy your training

I know what to work on, there was alot of practise on each area ( 8+ passes for a corner ) & Broxy was good at making sure you did at least a couple of passes through doing things how he wanted before you moved on, not enough to be natural, but enough that you had a good feel for the techniques.

Broxy also gave me some written comments which I can go back to for reference, I actually did another 8 laps on my normal track after & instantly better body position when jumping helped heaps, but some others like braking position / dragging rear brake into corners ... they'll take time to translate from the training corners to general use.
