    What was going on in that vid from 0:30 on does anyone know? It doesn't seem like they really did anything for the last 40 seconds...

    I like the idea of a gas-turbine powered bike. They're extremely reliable engines (1 moving part), and can be more efficient than internal combustion to boot. It doesn't surprise me that an american was the first to take the engine from a helicopter and shove it into a bike though. I'd be interested in seeing how a concept bike with a much smaller, purpose-built gas turbine performs against its piston powered bretheren.
