For all those who like the carbon fibre look

there looks to be a new trend on the scene

called Ti Silver or aluminized fibreglass, the whole bike looks a little over the top but maybe just a tank would be pretty cool

I reckon the black carbon fibre look is best. Then again, the whole bike seems a classic case of too much of a good thing. But hey, thats the beauty of bikes, each to thier own. It'd be a boring world if we all liked the same things wouldnt it now? :cool2:

PS Bugger having to pay for all that carbon fibre when you drop it though!!!!

Carbon fibre to me looks tacky. Uhh, too much Need for Speed Underground 2 for me, I think... Why don't they make a bike version!

I like, it wouldn't match my chainmail shirt that I've got though :-(

would the fine movement of the metal scratch plastic and paint underneith?

    Not a fan of fake.
If something looks like it's made of stainless steel, it better not be plastic.
Same goes for carbon fibre, looks damn good (the real mcoy, not that crap), just look at GR's bikes. But if I couldn't afford to get the real thing I'd rather just work with what I have than make it look like something it's not.

I've also seen carbon fibre looking vinyl that does a better job of imitating the real thing. Obviously that's just going by the one picture posted.
