Would imagine they'd add an extra thermal layer for the winter months. They can be used on your arms or legs.

Us cyclists use 'em. Put 'em on for a cold start and take 'em off when you're warmed up. Dunno about tattooed ones though...

Hmmmm...not something I'd personally go for.

I have a couple of tats, and as I see them as a representation of my personality, I'd hate to be showing just any tattoo...

Nope, not my thing at all.

And here I thought it would be a thread on full-face helmets.

ooooops, bugger.. But seriously, yes. There is a serious amount of wank factor in Harley. Each to their own, but i just can't get into skulls, flames or tassels. I wear black (its slimming OK) but no Harley tshirts for me (ok, maybe but it has to be plain and subtle). I'm not acting out some macho, wanna be bad boy lifestyle.

theres a serious amount of wank factor for a lot of people on bikes/cars/etc... How many Toothpaste tubes do you see out on the road on a sunny sunday arvo? Bit far from the racetrack I say... I guess for some its black leather or tassles, for others its racey kit stuff, tis all wank just different strokes for different folks!
