How come ive never been offered a coffee, when in WMCC??
Give me a good deal on a new Gixer race bike, and I might shop there more.

where's the noticeable difference bud? I know it's well recommended by racers, but it isn't the optimum tyre size for the rim...?! come back..

The customer lounge is on the street level area, behind accessories dept.

Signage or staff that point this out might be in order, or else its back to "How was I meant to know?" Well, for all those that are not on KB

What? No drying room? No coffee or tea on offer? Cagers get better treatment. So are there ANY bike shops that offer such creature comforts?
I'd be keen to hear others views on this topic.

That aside, the Voxan feels like she's receive a fair bit of pampering, and that original 40 tooth sprocket has made the bike far more user-friendly, particularly on decelleration.

Don't get me wrong AMPS, I appreciated the good service you provided, but for one of the largest and "out-there" bike shops in the country I feel you could do better. Cheers, and thanks for being friendly and helpful.

I am aware of a water cooler and I'm sure they have got a staff room that could be used. I've been known to just walk in and place my gear on the deck while satched. I'm sure the others would oblige if asked also.
