Thread: Why do adventure bikes feel like trail bikes?

    Well,it would be a real adventure to ride it in a trial.

    But it would make a pretty good trail bike.

    Oh-oh. Point taken. But then, I once came second in a car-park trial, against trail bikes, riding a GT250X7.

    My previous experience with "Adventure Bikes" was a KLR 650 on my ride of the Alaska Pipeline in 2006. Coming off my Yamaha WR450F I kept twisting the throttle on the KLR and kept waiting for something to happen .
    When you twist the wrist on the WR, you better be pointed in the way you wanted to go
