I'm always amazed at how much can be carried in the small nooks and crannys of a bike.
Under the seat of my RE5 is the normal tool kit, a tyre pando, spare spark plugs, two cresents, a tube of metal polish, polishing cloth etc...
In the luggage compartment of my GS1200 is also the tool kit, a visor cleaning kit, hard pad for under the side stand, puncture repair kit, etc. And that one still has room to spare.

hehe i used to have one of em stored in the tool kit of the GB. Once met a norton commando owner that replaced his toolbox with a 20oz hipflask. He said it was so depressing working on his bike on the side of the road he was better off pulling off to the side of the road and drinkin himself to sleep.lol the only thing I can fit in my box along with the tools is a hip flask for when I crash

Good on ya Vtec. Yep, never underestimate the storage space. Hell I got 2 weeks woth of clothes into mine yestersday, was quite amusing though. Couldnt take the video camera home though. Dammit.
