Not viable for the average joe to pay $100000000 in costs just so you can come out the other end with just a fine and not lose your licence.

That's the thing I want to fight it but unless I defend my self It will cost me lawyers fees $500+ 3 days now lost wages. thats gettin pretty up there for a 3month suspension plus maybe a fine of say $200 . where it costs $150 for a limited license.

Thats the thing The cop that arrested me wasn't a ass at all he was a really polite nice guy.. It was the other cops that where there and the old guy who showed up..

The old guy waved him over had a word to him. I was left on my own. He came back and said " Sorry mate," but im going to have to arrest you for dangerous speed" I was like huh? just a second ago you where asking me about the mods on my bike. lol

sorry, did I SAY that aloud, I mean his job is to keep you safe on the road, just like this scenario....Road Safety is what its all about son!

To be honest If I ran I know for a fact I would have got away cop car cant follow me down the alley near my place or cut across the hospital car park and across the feild to my place. I wouldnt even need to nail it to have got away from where I saw him.

I feel sorry for the cop driving that car just as much as the biker's .. Ah never nice... But yes you would think being a police officer that they would be more carefull, Also its funny he arrested me for alleged "dangerous speed"

Well in his summary of facts he was approaching speeds of over 100kmph so who was doing the dangerous speed lol, when he couldn't find me im guessing he drover around my neighborhood with his lights flashing. Because I no my "concerned" neighbors directed him to my place as he told me so..

YUp, we ALL drive like that and we ALL do that kinda shit.

And we ALL are paid by you, the tax-payer for doing these things...

NZ Police are not idiots, rather the law makes them look like idiots... which of course brings me back to politicians.

Good call... I actuall like most cop's I have met and i thought this cop was a nice guy. But some things have to come into question. If you read the thread you should have picked up on these thing's aswell.?

I don't wasnt to ruin the police officers credibility. And I feel like he was "made" to do something about it, from the obvious' senior police officer who showed up.

If any officers can give me there advice pllleease do so , you guys no a hell of a lot more than I d. Main thing im worried about is loosing because I dont no how court procedures work ect ect
