    Issue number and cv2.

I'm trying to buy some parts from a UK website (davidsilverspares.co.uk) and when it comes time to enter my credit card details they ask for my cv2 number and my issue number.

A quick google didn't resolve the issue as apparently these are the same thing, the last three digits on the back of my card. If that were so, why would they be asking for them separately? Before trying guess and check with $60 or so, I thought I'd ask if anyone here knows where I can find them on my credit card.

    Thanks.

    From here:

    https://www.gov.im/onlineservices/help/carddetails.xml

    Issue Number
The issue number of your card. Note that some cards do not have an issue number. You will only be able to enter this in if your card type supports it. If your card does not have an issue number, you may ignore this box.

It's not david Silver. This is happening with a lot of UK suppliers. It's because they all use some UK credit card processing company who have gone more anal than Liberace.

Be aware also that your invoice address on your credit card must match EXACTLY that which you supply on the website. Down to the fullstops. Including the post codes. Which have just all changed in NZ. And Gawd only knows what the credit card company may have put in there. If there is the slightest mismatch , it'll reject. And forget about haviung it sent to a different address.

    Use paypal if you can
