Haven't used the bike for a while??
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

No it's not. The manual for my SV1000 says... "Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 91 or higher (Research method)"

It is saying you can run on 91, but it is not recommending 91.

    91 or higher.

So you will be using their 'super'? Don't they have 87/91/95(premium)?

America goes by a different rating.

Their 87/91/95 would be the same as 91/95/100 for us.

i have run pretty much 50,000kms on 91 on my gsxr600 with out issues, any issues

i have run all 5 of gas stations, 91/ and 95+ mixs, and found all much of a muchness.

I did acutally get a bit of a pinging when i rand bp 98 & was at track.
    ---------

Manual says run 91 and above,
been told to run as high as octane as possible (when queries what type of gas to run), but told 91 not gonna do any harm.
