Quick question. Is this a led ride or is it loops?

Looking forward to it either way.

Great ride. What a great mix of terrain. Those sand climbs can be challenging if you don't pick the right line. I heard that there was about 890 riders there.

On a sader note, there were a number of casualties. We were the first to one accident were a young chap landed head first after a spill. The helmet was not a good sight (don't use an FFM helmet) but by the time we left the scene he was doing well. He wil be abit sore today and I hope that he makes a full recovery.

It was a sedate ride back to the car park after that.

Just a reminder that these trail events are not races and that you should ride outside your ability. I'm not saying that the guy above was doing that, and sometimes accidents just happen. Just take care.

pete and ruphus thanks for your comments - glad you enjoyed it. As much as we hate it happening, accidents do happen, and we hope everyone recovers quickly.

rufus my apologies for not answering your earlier question!
