    Today I realised...

how boring cars really are... I drove my dad to the shops (he'd had a little too many beers lol).. this was the first time i've driven a car, and will be my last for a very long time. It was just soo dull. I'd see the corner ahead and long to be on a angle with the wind blasting in my ears.

on a side note i installed an alarm into my bike today. Now the bastards at school will stop sitting on my pride and joy.

You can't judge all cars on one piece of shit Jap car (most probably) you drove down to the shops in.

Any petrol head worth his/her weight in salt knows cars can be lots of fun too!

There is far more to the car world than the boring pieces of Jap shit you have been exposed to in suburbia.

yeah man, agree. Cars are like driving a park bench. Yawn !!!

Its hugely noticeable on a long trip - just awesome on a bike, and just completely boring and irritating in a car.

    My jap car is great.
It gets me to work and back warm and dry with good sounds on the player
I can cart all types of crap in the back of it. Pull a trailer.
Carry the family safely anywhere in the country.
Good on fuel. Reliable as sin.
And can be cleaned with a hose and a bucket of soapy water in 10 minutes.

    The bike is for fun.

Totally agree, when I ride for a long period then get back in a car it feels strange... The vibe of being surrounded in metal without the elements mucks with me.

Although I grew up driving 4WD's, after my first spin on two-wheels I knew which way my motor-enthusiasm was headed!
