theres another in auckland to ASY867 or simalar.

That would explain a few things since the "E" numbers were the old MOT boys that transfered over to the police.

pick the slickest rider, drop the number plate and fall to the back of the pack, when he pulls in behind flour bomb his windscreen so when he adds washer water it turns to glue, then gap it.

Come on guys, give the copper a break. I mean, if you were ginger and called Jane then wouldn't you be handing out infringements like raffle tickets?

Seriously though. After my experience with an arsehole copper pinging the wrong bike and hearing about this, I'm moving towards the idea of hiding a cheapo video camera on my motorcycle. Certainly will always be pressing the "record" button on my moby whenever dealing with traffic cops in future. They're not all arseholes and hopefully if someone catches the bad apples "on record" then this sort of $hit will stop happening and they'll maybe concentrate on real crime.

Sorry,I arranged that so my location remains unknown.

The following occured earlier this year:

Last night ,on the way back from Mangawhai, I had some arsehole cop in a ute follow me all the way back to Wellsford.
I refer to him as that because the sawn off prick was never further than one car length behind me for the whole distance at 100 km/hr in the dark.

I just had a word with the sargeant at the Wellsford police station about it.
He didn't seem happy to hear of this.Especially when I suggested that the culprit was probably out on the road at the moment giving someone's granny a ticket for 111 km/hr.

The sargeant called me back to say he gave the cop a bollocking.(it wasn't gingernuts by the way)
So I suggest you complain over the cops head.
Also, he is obviously a wanker and if it was he that told you he was the CO,I suggest there is a good chance he is bullshitting.
If he was to arrest you on ficticious charges - good, that would really fuck him up for good.

    Harassment order

If one was to complain about harassment would it be possible to get something that stops the said poilice orrificer from harassing me. ie on thursday nights he couldn't patrol our route?
Of course all other poilice officers would be welcome to join, just not the bad ones with problems...

Although I didn't notice any dodgy police behaviour first hand, there was a lot of confusion. Especially when I came over a hump and saw flashing reds and blues in the distance. And everyone's brake lights started coming on like clockwork

(xxxx) is actually a fair police officer and a reasonable person. I object to people defaming others in public when they dont actually have their facts totally right. I know (xxxx) personally, and he was in fact the police officer who issued my speed dangerous offence notice...which I deserved, no arguement there.
Unfortunatly (xxxx) does have a red tinge to his hair and is most commonly mistaken for the "Ginga Copper".

Now... the police officer everyone is ACTUALLY referring to....

This person is the one who I know for a fact (through my family who are police at the same station) is doing he following:

    a) Has a competition with his mate Steve **** to see who can take the most licences off motorcyclists in a calender year.

b)Most often chooses to drive a "mufti" car, and upon return from a set of shifts, the brakes need replacing/servicing due to excessive wear.... normally very seldom need replacing (indicating his high speed driving is excessive compared to other HP officers)

    c) Only issues tickets in the 140kph+ bracket as it results in a loss of licence (sometimes vehicle too).

    d) Other HP police have complained that he is not policing the 110 to 140 bracket as this does not suit his loss of licence policy.

    e) Other GD police and HP AND Motorways officers ave expressed their dislike for this man and his tactics he employs.

    f) Has no tolerence for any motorcyclist whatsoever, I have never hear of him issuing a warning ever.

His Name ... Andy (xxxx), Senior Constable, Strategic Traffic Unit, North Shore Policing Centre.

Surname omitted for lible reasons, PM me for it.

He is the officer in he foreground of breakaways photo

OK. Thanks for that. So, Orificer Jane is out of the frame (sounds right - the ex-MoT guys don't usually play stupid games).

So does anyone know if this Andy dude is one of the badge numbers specified (ACD868 or HJH344 since E990 is out of play)?

Anyway , we now know who he is, and also what his game is. And , by inference may suspect that Steve (whoever he is) is probably up to much the same tricks. Is he the other badge ?

Next thing is we need anyone who's had a ticket from Andy boy that is unreasonable (needs to be unreasonable, not just 'e took me licence just cos I wuz doing 180 clicks' ), or knows for a fact that he was playing dangerous games (can't just rely on 'ginga coppa' cos it could be the OTHER ginga copper,, have to have been stopped. )

If a sufficient numbe rof instances can be established, then a case to the Whitewsh Authority may be feasible.

But, do bear in mind, that dishing out tickets to people who are actually breaking the law is in fact his job. So it needs to be more than that.

Tickets for speeding (especially over 140) are probably not much help to us. They are bound to be justified (ie no-one has suggested he is making up the speeds); and TPTB are unlikely to look kindly on bikers complaining about being ticketed for speeding, when they were actually speeding. In fact , since Mr Speedie notes that he doesn't much bother with the 111 - 139 range, he could even argue that he is quite lenient.

But, if a longish list could be produced of trivial nitpicking tickets (especially ones later dropped or thrown out by the court) that could go to show harrassment.

If the information presented to you is correct Speedie you are stating that Police officers are knowingly behaving in an illegal and questionably dangerous manner. How the fuck do these c00nts get away with it?.

Because they can. And they've been doing it for years, so are very good at knowing how far they can go. And because their bosses look at the results only...not the methods.
There are ways to stop it, but they're not legal....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Good work speedie. You have cleared up the confusion over just which ginge is the orrificer harassing bikers.

    Andy!

That is very funny you mention his brakes. Every corner as I was following him there would be a cloud of smoke. No tyre marks but smelling like brake pads. No wonder they need changing all the time. Dick cant drive for shit. Or maybe he should order sinted pads for extra heavy duty braking.

I want to organise this week a time to make my complaint. Cant post where, when or who as the orrificer is able to read our posts and frequently does.

So if any one else would like info on who to see then pm me. Not till end of the week tho. Takes me fricken ages to get organised
