Thanks to BigAl I am a mini motorcyclist

    Hi All
Thanks to BigAl I am now a proud owner of a Daytona 2
Hope to meet many of you at the next meeting

I am still a newbie to riding a pocket bike
I have been riding dirt bikes & road bikes for many years but these are a bit different to ride and ride fast.
I think it will take time to get used to it.

Any good tips would be greatly apreciated
    or sites to recommend

Is there any good places in Auckland to practice ?
I live out west Auckland but I have happy to drive a bit to go somewhere decent.

Thanks to all who gave me some advice
Trying to get my mates to buy one now (shouldnt be to hard)
My 8 year old son is also keen to give racing a go

    Cheers
    Grant

Hi Grantman good to hear that you're keen, once you've had a go on the track you'll be well and truely hooked.

You have covered all you need for the track, the bike has no metal contact points and ankle covered boots, knee pads, gloves, jacket and helmet for riding.

The track is only closed if there is torrential rain and starts around 9.30am til about 4ish.

I recall that it will cost $10 for kids and $20 for adults.

The more riders the merrier so even get your mates along for a look.

    I'll see you there.
