Video of 950s ripping up Russia

The guy I met in the north of Sweden last October (thread about it here) has just produced a his second video. This one is of his trip to Russia with a 950SE. This is his post on Advrider with the link. to the video.

It is a 344mb file (1.5 hours long) so dont even attempt to get it if you are not on broadband. When I downloaded it there was no extension on the file but .wmv seems to work. The quality is not the best cause it has been compressed to try and keep the file size down, but it is OK to watch.

If you have the time to download it and watch it, do it. The scenery is amazing and completely different to NZ. Helps that Niklas can punt a 950 rather well, some cool footage of the 950 going sideways through the forests. Speaking of forests - we saw some 700 year old trees in Finland (just across the border from my bro-in-laws wife's parents house) they are about the same size as 10-15 year old trees in NZ so things are just a little different over there!

If anybody is desperate to watch the video but cant get access to broadband to down load it I can burn a CD for you - send me a PM.

    Cheers R

Sounds great - thanks for the post Ryan.

Sideways in the forest? Cant wait to see it.

I've been to Russia twice and reckon it would be a great country to ride in...

Thanks to high speed rural broadband I should have it downloaded by Sunday!!!

His MT21 was trashed when I met him and he had just ridden about 150kms in the snow. Didnt seem to worry him.

Studs - ruddy great spikes more like. Have a look at his adv rider thread and you can see that the spikes can be about 25mm long.
