    yes, dead right - both CSC & Stir are expensive.....but then, they would be....cause they are good!

    I'd say this would particularly apply if you were painting a circa $1500 helmet.....

    I sent a brand new helmet up to stir or cannon, he said it would be 3 months, 6 months went by and he still had not even taken it out of the pakaging i had sent it in! I got him to send it back to me a few weeks ago, it was an arai any way so im sorta glad but ill be sending a shoei to australia to get painted next time 4 week turn around

    i remember LA designs doing a helmet for Hardisty years ago, was a awesome job,

    Its been a while but finally I have someone thats doing some painting for me! I left the Arai at Stir for over 6 months and they didnt touch it!

    In the meantime i changed brands so im now using Shoei and have just dropped my helmet off to Tyler at http://www.helmart.co.nz/ and it will be ready in 2 weeks!

    He is only 18 but his work is amazing and he does some pretty high profile and trick helmets, check out his site.....
