Wanted: Lap timer - but not the transponder type thingo

Anyone knows anyone who sells Lap Timer?
Not the transponder type thing please. I just want something that you attach to the handlebar and push a button when you pass a line or something like that.

Just one note: it needs to be easy to operate and stores at least 10 laps.

Preferably under $100 as I am flat broke.

It's called a stopwatch. You'll have to hunt out one with 10 laps of storage, but they're out there

/edit: And post back when you find it, I want one also... hopefully it'll be an around the neck one with decent buttons so if can be used with gloves.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but clicking a stopwatch while doing over 200kph is not something I would enjoy

Hmmmm... true true. I want one for my RGV, so not much chance of it going that fast yet

Well, I'll look about and see what I can find... if I could find a cheap enough one, it'd be worth chopping open to wire across the contacts for an external button

I've just ordered one of these from the manufacturer, sounds like exactly what you're after, cost $70NZ delivered.Pretty simple, its basically a lap counter stopwatch with a large button.

Looking at it as well now. Very reasonably priced.
Please let us know how it goes once it gets here (and how long it takes to get here) because I've blinged you...
