    You are a legend!

I was bloody impressed that you managed to get the GN back to Turangi given the challenges you faced.

Yeah me and a guy on a Honda ST1300 had a wee training session together with him on how to plug a tyre with miscellaneous parts from half used kits. He had his own but it was weird US thing.

THEN the fun began with working out how to fix the puncture (repair by committee is always interesting)
Worked ok, when we headed away the pump was going with no leaks and he had 20PSI and rising.

Does anyone know if he made it on time?

    Cheers

Although I finished in good time I found Andy's pace a little hot at times and eased back on occasion. Didn't have any close calls or anything and enjoyed all the ride.

Andy did most of the navigation and when we dropped back(GS's wern't made to go that fast in the cold, wet, dark Andy) The navagiation Shane and I did wasn't the best!

Good ride and looking forward to the next (with GPS!)
    Going away, busy?
