    Thumbs up

I finally got back to this. The paraglider is a little big and lumpy to tour extensively with, but it's ok for an hour at a time. There's plenty of space in it to put your drink bottles, bananas, radios etc. It's quite awkward hanging your arse off the seat and cornering the bugger hard so heavily loaded. Even getting on and off the bike should be done with some care.

It's a good feeling knowing you have a foot-launched glider on your back while you are belting along on your bike.

    "Wow, Great advise there DB."

Can only assume you gave up on the idea of the sports bike and just used the Hyosung?

This is working out damn good. Well off the richter.. It took a while to get used to a 15KG pack, but after that - just go hard...

Result was Shane Tims got himself cited. http://meshnetworks.co.nz/~steve/NZH...tober%2014.doc
BTW, he arranged the glider sale to me too. I wondered why no bastard wanted to fly it.. it was a dangerous piece of crap - thats why. Never got my thousand bucks back, and he kept the glider. YMMV with mr Tims.

Hello there - this Shane Tims just did something very similar to me - if you don't mind keen to know more about your story - might help with my complaint and citing to NZHGPA. PM me?
    Cheers.
