I overheard the comms on a chase in Auckland a while ago (scanner) - some dude on a stolen Honda something-or-other. Fool leads cops on a moderate speed chase around the fringe of the CBD (Ponsonby then K Road) and then heads into Newmarket, where he decides to ride it onto the railway (not smart, this was about 11pm, when there tends to be big freight trains through there). He drops the bike a couple of times (police basically on foot at this time, but helicopter is watching him) and then proceeds to fall down a bank, where he ends up with the bike on top of him until the cops arrive to pick it up.

I was pretty amused listening to it, and the guy in Eagle seemed also the be having a good chuckle.

I bet he would have had to be drunk or stoned or both. Funny read tho, would have been heaps better to spectate it.

Um, sorry, just on the other side of the coin, why TF was this guy wearing a Nazi helmet?

I mean if you are stealing a bike surely you would be best not to draw attention to yourself with a non legal helmet. & 2 as a Mongy presumably he was of an ethnic decent that the Nazis would have wanted to ‘purify’.

    Be a bit like BinLaden wearing a McDonalds cap & a Stars’n’Stripes T-shirt.

Maybe he found the helmet by the bike.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Cracks me up that one. The MMM like to shout "Sieg Heil" at each other as a greeting and they display swastika's as some sort of gang regalia. Shows how thick they are in my opinion!

The majority of NZ gangs can't come up with their own insignia and simply adapt whatever they think looks cool or is used by groups similar to their own overseas.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Not all - most. Depends on the traffic division. Sorry to be pedantic but I've spent the last few years working with most of them on certain aspects of their in vehicle kit. Yawn.
