What's milk? can't afford it in this country anymore cause apparently we have to pay "world prices" for it! Funny how petrol is only 15c a litre in Iran though..........

Well my new tyres are on the way from the USA today

Mets 880 "160" front and "260" rear. Yummy.

All the major parts should also be shipped this and next week too.

Yeah I reckon going SH16 then down Peak Rd, Old North Rd and around the back of Coatesville would surely beat the boredom of SH1 any day!

Preferably without going to work at all.....

Just part time.... got a lot of medical appointments and have to be back at hospital next Monday as there may be some internal bleeding still going on with my poked liver.

I must say I have got my money's worth many times over out of ACC over the years!

Should be up for 3 days next week if I can stay awake at my desk.

The damn credit card got carried away again last night.... ordered in some more bling to add to the bike later on with new black metal mirrors, grips with pointed end caps and an oil temp gauge just to add a few more little bits on for fun.

Kewl... umm... there is more you can buy for your bike? So when is the proposed unveiling of this new pimped out widdle beast? Just so I can get in the chips and beer you understand.

No idea - the main parts are still in the US. Will be a while away yet I think - probably August/September at this rate.

Yeah posts have been deleted. The Mods have done a good job of keeping crap out of the threads relating to the crash and rebuild.

Kewl (again). Well the way it appears that toaster is feeling i can't see a rush needed as his body will take that long to recover. No point having a new bike that you have to push yourself physically to ride.

Toaster, that swollen elbow i had started weeping and on Sunday night i went to put a band aid on it and it just popped open. Must have been about 50 to 100 mls of semi coagulated deep dark purple blood came out. It was burbing out like a pimple, only lasting for 20 mins. A day after that and I feel so much better. just a pointer on what you may experience..lol. Hope all is better and getting better every day.

Exactly right mate! At least we don't have to worry about deadlines as it is sure is taking a long time to get the health right first and also fight off boredom watching American Chopper and Alt TV naked news.....

I'm watching OCC at the moment!

Bling bling! The two main parts orders from DLP (mufflers separate and then the rest of the bling in the other) left the USA two days ago.

That later order I put in recently for new grips/mirrors etc I put in will come directly to me (probably in 2 months time!) and I should be able to do those mods myself.

I ordered that "front" Metz 160 so that will be on its way tomorrow - I guess at least it will be worth trying as a one off. It will look sweet with the tyre lettering paint too.

Once that wears out I can always try the local Pirelli tyres. I ran Pirellis on my old GSXR750K4 - they were fantastic tyres and stuck like glue when cornering fast.
