    That's actually the TDC not the NCC...

    That has been tried before, i have a customer that comes into work that had some new neighbors they complained the cows chew to loudly at night and was keeping them up. So he put the cows in that padock on purpose every night till they moved out.

    Your are right Nordieboy, it is the TDC- i knew i had read it some where and just serached it up. I wonder how long other DC's will implent this regulation. How sad it that, maybe they could put in also no more than 4 boy racers at a time, that might get them off the street. It smacks of too PC again. Knock people having fun. Wasn't it on TV a while ago that someone complained about the church bells being rung so they had to stop ringing them that; how sad it that, that one person can get away with this and no doubt casue grief to a great many people.
