What are the requirements to make your bike a 'streetfighter'?

    and motorcross-style flatbars.

    Doesn't have to be shiny.

Caught a couple Triump Speed Triples on Paekak that had been streetfightered.

Both completely black, including pipes and calipers. One gloss, one matt.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

A bit of chrome and lengthen the front forks by a foot or so. Not sure if a nitrous kit would work tho.

It means I'm not an authority or a teacher, and may not have any experience so take things with a pinch of salt (a.k.a bullshit) rather than fact

Just convinces me that I really don't like streetfighters. They have that whole "I crashed my bike" look about them. If I wanted that look I'd just buy a new Yamaha FZ6N.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

    fighters

i guess the thing with fighters is, the individuality of each bike, some people will love specific looks, others will hate em, the point of the scene is to knock something out that looks different to the bikes the factories are puttin out, without the fighter scene, there would be no new z1000, no mt0-01, no brutale!!!, so its down to individual taste i guess, personally i'm addicted!!

I've seen some pics of them. The best was one in an old Two Wheels mag of a guy who'd bought one of the previous model to yours that had been done up for racing, and stripped all the fairing and whatnot off it.
It's not just the wiring to hide - there's crap like the radiator overflow bottle to hide or ditch too. If you stuck a different radiator on it would help.

There was one for sale in Cyclespot last year (same model as yours, I think, but red) that looked quite tidy, but it had the standard instruments on which ruined the look a bit.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Yeah, nitro mightn't work on this one. Perhap put a twin turbo on it, also get rid of excess weight, then put a wheelie bar on the back

Like shit. You couls only do like a 20 degree 300 m corner .

Hmm would like to custom street fighter a bike. I have all the nesscary skills. (i know how to fibre glass, spray, make molds, I can redo all the wiring / make my own loom etc etc etc) and i can certainly find the time. But all i need is the money.... hahahaha

Do ya want to streetfighter my bike after I crash it next?

I've already removed most of the offending plastic

Yip i'll do it. Just make me a design and we can discuss the particulars. I know someone i can get fibreglass (maybe/probably carbon fibre) real cheap from.
