Bugger....
The Heart is the drum keeping time for everyone....
Now thats interesting, all the aftermarket ones are engine mount ones - hondas factory ones are frame mount - through the holes under the wee plastic caps in front of the engine mounts.
I'd have to say I have wondered about engine mounting them. I may purhase a threaded rod and move mine to the frame.
A set of these wouldn't go amiss.....................![]()
Or some of these:
Bike looks farken cool. Where did you get that idea from Drew?
...oh if you find out why you crashed on the hill whilst taking it easy be sure to let me know eh.
And cooler again with the bar end mirrors on. Thinkin I'll just stick with one instead of both though, it's bloody wide with two!
And Skels, I got the idea from a PM some homo sent me some time back.
You need some of these badass cages like my hornet has.
I've two bar-end mirrors on my Hornet - I started with one on the right but found my right arm was getting sore (it was not prior to fitting) added one to the left and all sweet again. I'd say I was compensating for the extra air pressure on the right on the open road, thus the sore arm.
I've Napoleon mirrors that I altered to fit within my alloy Renthal ultra-lows. (they come standard for steel bars that are larger internally than the alloy) Good view and vibe free. I run them with the glass inboard so they don't stick way out.
P.S. Have original exhausts too if you want to revert back...
