Passed the restricted today

Passed my restricted today, thanks for all the advice I read through the different threads on the subject.

I won't name the area, because I will go back in 3 months for my full.

All was going fine, the tester had been following me in his car and I had been following his indications etc.

We came to a particular T junction and Stop sign, which I did. both feet on the ground, whilst I waited for a big enough gap he could fit into as well, didn't want lose him, to turn left.

I'm looking to my right for the perfect gap for the left turn and "boofo", I got hit from behind........guess who by?

Anyway head back to the agency, and the tester hops out all apologetic, stating that he thought he had seen me start to move off, looks at my bike for damage, offering to pay, hell it may be a chinese bike but it's solid, only damage to the license plate, no lights broken, no mudguard damage.

Tester turns to me and sez "I'll write your license out".

I hope the full goes better than this on

Fuck a duck!!! The TESTER (all knowing one) CRASHES into you on your licence ride??? Dubya Tee Efff man!!! Thats insane!! Sheeesh the least he could of done was give you your full on the spot lol.

That reminds me of a mate of mine who sat his car license and had seemingly passed until he then pulls back into the cop shop
to collect his prize...then proceeds to crash into a parked cop car.

Well done on getting your restricted.Also got hit up the backend exactly like you(the rear wheel normally absorbs most of it) but not by an instructor

Remember to fit your defensive driving course in there if you want to sit your full in 3 months. I'd suggest you start looking at that at least a month in advance.

Holy Shit... was the tester a bit tired today must get a bit boring following new bikers around all day but hell - if that was me I woulda given him a what for .

I dont spose you coulda wangled yer full license outa him for that but geez he must feel so I think I would have passed you then and there if it was me !
