So does anyone else like the new Daytona 650? or am I just a lonely British bike fan :spudwhat:

I like it, but i donno why they had to go and stop making the 600 version for racing, why not do what kawa done and make the daytona 600rr version which is the 600 version with some trick bits, and then the normal version which is the 650, alot of people were not happy, with them chaning to 650, and not making a 600 version, would have been good to see a 600 mixing it with the jap in supersports

From what I understand the Daytona 600 was never a very popular model, with folks prefering the begger capacity brits.

hahahah 600's are a very popular bikes in europe, i mean the daytona 600 won the TT in 600's this year i think. I mean damn, the TT was crap the daytona was good, it was a little behind in the trick bits compared to jap 600's but i never head of it being a bad saller

It doesn't look much different from the current crop of Japanese sports bikes, apart from the colour.

However the 2005 Triumph ST Sprint is a seriously nice looking piece of kit.

Do a search for post by me with the words "Daytona 650" in it & see how many times I've typed that there's a RED one with my name on it!!!
