    Honda Rebel sizes?

    Hi all,

Maybe a silly question.... I assume the 400cc Rebels are larger in size than the 250's? I test rode a 250, and while I loved the bike, it felt a little small. I'm only 5'10" but it felt like my knees were getting up around my ears!

I'm just wondering if the 400 versions are a larger frame (I know the engine is bigger but...) do they have more legroom? wider? much heavier??

    Cheers!
Missus: What the f*&k is that???!!!! Where the f*&k do you think that's going??
Me: It's a [insert old broken vehicle here] can't you tell?
Missus: Oh for f*&k's sake... [slams door]
Me: Phew, lucky she didn't see what's on the trailer!

I've got a friend in Akl that was selling his Rebel 400 very cheap, and I thought about it for a bit, but I looked up the specs and it's the same overall size (length and seat height) as the Hyosung GV250 I had. And I thought the GV250 was just too small for me (I'm 5'11"). I suspect the Rebel 250 and 400 are the same size.

Hell I'm 6'1 on my Rebel, knees sometimes get in the way of the hnadlebars, but I still find it somewhat comfortable. Good for the learner period atleast.. have to get round to selling it..
