    First ride....again WOOT

Well, I got my bike back now. Jesus, this must be what it feels like for a druggie who goes cold turkey to get a hit after a couple months.

The ride home was bloody brilliant, grinning like a madman, exactly like the first day I got my first bike. Never ridden a four stroker properly, onyl my two smoker which was my first bike. Jesus, I learnt about engine braking today and that downshifts in four strokes really need to be timed well, but it was great to be back on two wheels.

Taking a while to get settled, it was nerve racking getting back on after a 3 month absence but well worth it.

Thanks to all who helped get her running...well at least try anyway. Big ups to you guys. Now less talk and more riding I say, i'm still a little rusty but getting back into it.

Oh and I officially love v twins.....so lazy......lots of torque.

See you on the road...again haha

    Drider

Oh and one question about four strokes, any tricks to make downshifiting smoother. I hear blipping the throttle helps?

    Pics to follow

If you keep it above 160km/per hr you wont need to down shift!

It's a noise i utter when more than happy. Try standing up then loudly going woot!....w-o-o-t. Or w-o-o-o-o-o-t, for that elongated happy cry. Some people try saying w-o-t or w--o-t-t-t *very difficult to produce this one- only the african nations have perfected it along with click-tk-ik-tick-tick-woot, a more tribal version*. Can be spelt at woot, WOOT, w00t etc depending on how normal the person uttering said word is and the situation at hand.

If in doubt stick with woot. If your stuck in a computer geek chatroom *accidentally entering is whilst looking for pron instead* used the tried and true method of just talking binary.

    p/t

What happy word/noises do you people use...when biking. I also regularly taken to glaring at people who have almost killed me by not looking and then smile at me.

Does this mean you'll be less of a grumpy, festering, stench-ridden globule of aardvark pus?

The post at the start of this thread was much more "you" than stuff you've been posting whilst bikeless.

    Now, ride on.

Don't forget to rock on as well.
