Only two things pause the feeling of pain for me, sex and riding my bike. The herbal rememdy doesn't relieve the pain so much, but allows me to take a step back from it, its still there but I'm not. (I can still function 100%, do every thing I need to do, but mentaly it lifts me above the pain.)
