    Hyosung 250

    Mate from work has just bought this (see pic), took it for a lil blat round the block today.

    Quite nice bike, real nice and comfy and doesnt look too bad either.

    Just needs a lil more ooomph

    I know that Motorrad in Wellington sell them....saw one in the showroom a few weeks ago

    No thrills/frills 250cc v-twin. Looks plain, but I assume that’s because it cheap? How much does one go for?

    Looks like they need some design tips from the Italians.

    The Korean car makers always use someone elses mechanicals,I recon bikes would follow the same plan - so whats the motor?...Yamaha cruiser,Honda?

    whats the PS for that 250.
    looks 40 is it restricted?
    the Koreans produce some good stuff really Japanese really
    its cheaper for the Japs to Manufacture in Korea.
    Looks like the Goose Suzuki DR motor.
    I feel 16 again and all spotty! Sporty sorry

    i think i remember reading they pinched a couple of honda engine designers. two wheels over in oz seemed to like them for what they are.

    Red Baron sell them - $5999 for the 250.

    They arent as well finished as , say a Honda, but they arent bad value for money.

    They are their own motors - not pinched as such, but......well, U gotta start somewhere!
