    So you got it!

I knew you would love it, and it will grow with you as your skills increase. You would have got bored fast on one of the smaller motards

I certainly am loving it. While it demands respect it is also confidence inspiring. Getting used to the upright riding position and the torque-y power delivery are the main issues. I'm still trying to decide whether leaning in, with or out is the better approach - the funny thing is they all feel right, albeit in different ways. For the time being I am being fairly conservative with the throttle - both to keep the front wheel on the ground and the rear tyre gripping.

Doesn't feel like I'm going to be bored any time soon

    That is bad!

Even if I had the skills I wouldn't have the stomach for that stuff But they sure know how to chuck those things around.

Had a nice slide today in the wet, was in a bit of a hurry to get home and get dry - pushed it a bit taking a right at an intersection. Had one of those nice situations where you actually have to countersteer - a la drifting mind you.
