Cary was in that pile up. Says he still finished on the same lap as the leaders so all was not lost.

Well as cheese said bit of a cock up before the start and the bottle necks were not much fun took forever to get through, Once cleared I was catching and passing people till about the 12k mark got cramp in right leg cleared after a while. Finished 1st lap 5 min down on cheese. Took off on second lap new google (lasted 5 min ) was going real well till the 10k mark mass low side head took a good smack bike still running picked it and kept going litte slower at this point had a revisit from the cramp in leg and then got caught up in the traffic jamb on the hills. At this point it was more a case of just finishing the lap although would have done a third lap if id been a little quicker back well see how we go next year.

    Thumbs up

Bottle necks were a pain but they were last year to!

Organisers can't control the weather & have to think of rider & crew safety. Remember, when you went home those guys still had HOURS to go getting bikes out and track/pit packup.

I had a bad race with getting taken out on start line, bottlenecks, unpassable hills, and being an overweight, unfit trailrider but still enjoyed the race overall, this is the T100 folks!

I'll be back next year and going for a top 100 finish & guess what, we'll have rain, mud and more bottlenecks than anybody wants.

Liked the footage on youtube, cheers.

To all of us that gave it a go, good on us
