Question I'm too scared to have a go

My wifes been on her PC doing the motorbike theory test questions for "something to do"... Am wondering if this is because Im a boring old crusty fart?!!
Sooooo.... while Im deeply engrossed reading the forum here, I hear from the other side of the room hey thats not bad.. I only got 12 questions wrong...

OK.. so we have had a little talk about those 12 question and only 1 wrong on the 2nd test was going to have a go myself but Im now thinking I might just let this one go

Here is the link to the motorbike theory questions..

Just so you know... it's totally PISS EASY. Probably helps that I sat the scratchie test less than two years for my C1 license. Don't be scared mate, as long as you study well, and test yourself until you get it ALL correct in practices, then you're all sweet.

Just sat the scratchie last week and got 100% on the practise and 10/10 on the real thing.

    Bragging rights please!

Read the road code for motorcycles and go for it. It was easy peasy, lemon squeezy. I think I got one wrong.

A survey was done a few years back... 75% of people that have held a licence for more than 20 years, would FAIL a current licence test...Written AND practical.

And I disagree with all the answers I got wrong too.

Question 46:When riding in groups, it is best to place beginner riders:

in the centre of the group
at the rear of the group to be the tailender
in the front of the group behind the leader

The correct answer is in the front of the group behind the leader

Question 59:When riding at night. which one of the following is most important?

Wear gloves to keep your hands warm
Turn your motorcycle headlights on to high beam as much as possible
Stay closer to other vehicle at night

The correct answer is Turn your motorcycle headlights on to high beam as much as possible

Question 60:If you must slow in a curve, how should you do this?

Apply the rear brake of your motorcycle only
Let the engine of your motorcycle brake for you
Use both brakes on your motorcycle but only gently

The correct answer is Use both brakes on your motorcycle but only gently

Question 68:If you get a blowout or puncture on your motorcycle you should:

    brake quickly and stop
close the throttle and slow down gradually
brake gently using the brake on the wheel that does not have the puncture

The correct answer is close the throttle and slow down gradually
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I thought I'd smoked it, got 9 wrong. But then again I havent looked at a road code for 25 years. Some curly questions relating to high crown roads and other new age-stuff but well worth the test.
Vindy2000 must be a ledgend, ....or sat the test last week?!!!

I remember hearing my olds when I was a kid say how long they had been driving 20+ years... I thought.. WOW thats a long time... Sad thing is I can now say I've been driving for 13yrs! I'll just stick with saying riding for 2yrs.. makes me feel young!

BTW... Papa Bear is now taking his test.....

(he likely to get them all right since I got a few wrong!! I like to help )
