Cheers for that - very helpful, except it just took me a good 5 minutes to get *off* the phone from an excited Matt, reeling off all the exciting extra's KTM have - scarves, key rings, electrical socket surrounds, baby bibs
If I end up with a KTM toaster at home, I'll know who to blame (or perhaps thank heh ) Seriously though, thanks. Will be helpful for future toy additions.

*sigh* I can see this getting suddenly very more expensive. Triumph Speed Four anyone? One elderly lady owner

    Update:

Just itching for the run-in period to be over. This bike is hilarious, goes like a cut cat.
So far up to 215km on this tank and still haven't seen the fuel light. Supposed to come on after 11L used. So we're just about at that 20km/l mark which is damn good! This is been pretty much all round town riding too!
(Bit of a novelty, coming from the Triumph!).

Will be looking into a seat change, it's a bit hard. Not too bad, but i'd like a little more comfort. Can get a KTM gel seat for about $200NZ from the US. might look into one of those!

Is that a picture of a bike from the USA, cos i heard they can't do corners and with chicken strips like that i'd be inclined to 'give up'

    ps..nice biek Devil.. enjoy!

You need to see them in person. They look pretty neat. But will be getting a pair of Akra's when I can afford it.

The pictures just dont really do the bike any justice.

Will get decent photos this weekend.

Update to the fuel consumption. Fuel light came on at exactly 240km. So that's supposedly 11L which i'll confirm this evening on the way home. So thats pretty damn awesome.
