Yup. Best option. A nice note placed in a location that the owner will easily find (under the cover, on the bike?) suggesting that parking in a way that allows other bikers to share the park would be appreciated... or they will have their bike moved without their permission. The choice is theirs.

    URL (Uniform Resource Locator)
An Internet address (for example, http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz), usually consisting of the access protocol (http), the domain name (www.kiwibiker.co.nz), and optionally the path to a file or resource residing on that server (/forums).

A note left on it should do the trick.

If that fails a spray can on the bike cover saying: "I'm a greedy inconsidetate Slut "

if that fails , use your imagination...

Write down the following onto a note and leave it attached to his bike.

When he puts it into a web-browser, it will bring him directly to this discussion.

lol we had a guy do a similar thing with an 1100cc beast over at uni

normally we just move scooters/retards out of the way, but this was so big we we're afraid we couldn't stop it if it fell over

left a note showing how we all park vs how they parked, with name and phone number if they had any questions

    never seen them since....

Only way I can rationalise it.
fuck it's only a footpath, let it jut out

or considering a goldwing is practically a car minus a few wheels, just use the goddamn pay and display!

parking a goldwing in a bike park is just cheating the system on a technicality....

It ain't no footpath, its a lane - trucks do use it

A retard who drives a pos like that is unlikely to give a shit what anyone thinks.

If it bugs you that much, walk across the road and have a word with plod, I'm sure one of 'em will be more than happy to annoy a 'biker'

Or make a big poster, hang it above the retards bike, take photo, leave photo on bike - just in case retard fails to see poster is meant for them.
    It is what it is

That means there should be FOUR points of road contact... so kick the fucking thing over.
