    Please wear lead undies.

I was sent this link as a joke.

OK the subject matter is not funny and no offense intended - but WTF is it for real, should I wear lead undies when riding?

And here I was thinking that loose splinter muscle feeling was due to me overcooking it in the corners - apparently not!

ELF EMF radiation at close exposure is unnatural and over time could have devastating biological consequences.
I always reckoned y' couldn't trust those damn elfs. Nasty sneaking things, doing nasty things to the preciousss - we hateses them we does. Never seen an elf riding a bike, either. Dwarfs, yes; hobiteses, yes; orcs yes (well, some of the riders on KB rides are so ugly I reckon they MUST be orcs). Never an elf. I'm with Sauron on this one.

I am lucky - my bike is old-school so I'm undie-optional, no need for lead.
