Who rides but won't go pillion?

I'll pillion with my husband, but really prefer to ride my own bike.

That being said, he is a faster, more aggressive rider than me and I enjoy learning how much the bike is capable of doing.

I'm not keen to carry pillions, however. I just don't feel comfortable/confident with them.

I used to ride pillion as a kid and it was fun. But, over the last few decades, I don't like it at all. Since then, I have only done it in emergencies eg., tyre was flat and I needed a lift to the shop while on a ride with friends. I don't really like having pillions on my bike as well. Alone and silent is one of the appeals of riding...
