A cop with a particularly small penis told me he called it "obstruction of justice". I responded that I called it "manners". Said cop got annoyed, and was even more annoyed when I pointed out that me flashing the lights slowed people down, and surely that was the point of him patrolling.

circling finger over the helmet worls for me - has slowed me down, and i use it all the time. i don't flash lights (especially to cars) as it's too easily passed off as a 'hello', and if speeding cars are getting stopped and taking all the cops' time, then bikes aren't
