    Custom muffler baffles?

Okay..... who is a good contact in the Auckland area who can make inserts for loud mufflers suitable for a M109R?

I haven't had the new pipes tested objectively yet but quieter bikes have been pulled over and warned.

The replacement slip-ons put on after the crash sound friggin' loud! (finally the bike has a sound to match its looks - aggressive and in your face!).

Pics yet to follow.... bike is needing another clean after getting covered in pine pollen. Damn neighbours windbreak trees - burn you bitches burn!

Seems an objective noise test is cheaper than buying the meter myself... and if its under then I get a certification to say so.

Probably not a bad idea with borderline exhausts..... although I get the feeling borderline was passed a while ago. The standard exhausts were close to 100 as it was.

    Pretty easy to make them.

At it's simpliest.. get a piece of pipe that fits the diameter of the inside of your pipes. Notch the pipe in an even pattern, and fold the notches inwards. Now insert into your pipes. To keep attached you may need to drill and add a screw.
